Those in control are not in agreement with the people the fair use law has unethical rules that prevent a artist or creator from using a original artist or creator's work. This clause also prevents the power from remaining with the people. We as people are creators and inventors and to improve ones invention to make it better so that the world today can utilize the resources we have today have been held up or controlled by the powers that be. This prevents education and growth and unity between cultures and knowledge of those things that be. We must find a way to end the world control by unethical laws and regulations this foolishness must come to a end.
