Web 2.0 - Basic Distinctions

Web 2.0 seems to be something that everyone will never agree on. It is best to try and understand the concept or point the creator was trying to make. The difference between the Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 is one is considered being able to be apart and other is actually having control. This Web 2.0 puts the power into the hands of the audience which I believe was the objective of the creator. This was a great creation which empowers the people. This creation or program gives the people a voice.
